We will create a pinch pot, in which we form a pot from a single lump of clay. We can add patterns and designs using texture and stamps and add coloured slip to the pot to give it a character. It can be a tyrannosaurus rex or a fairy princess. Then we will make some legs to hang below to give our bell a ring when it is fired and hung.

We will roll out coils with our hands and learn how to position them to create different shapes. adding spirals and patterns as we go. Express your self through one of the oldest forms of pottery.
